This smoothie is the superb pick-me up on a lovely winter day.
In addition to vitamin C, sea buckthorn is also rich in vitamin E, dietary fiber and fatty acids that do wonders for your body.
This recipe is for one.
What you need:
- 1 Banana (chopped and frozen)
- 1 Orange
- 2 dl Almond- or Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp pure nordic Sea Buckthorn Powder
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Powder
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until everything is fully combined. Done.
